Now we’re looking for a driven, dynamic Sales Manager to help grow our member base, build community, and ensure every member feels part of something special. Position Overview The Studio Manager will be the studio’s membership growth engine—driving sales, retention, and community engagement while leading recruitment efforts for top Pilates professionals. This role is highly sales-focused and perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a love for fitness, and the skill to turn first-time visitors into loyal members. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth (Presale to Sustainability) Drive new member acquisition through in-studio tours, outbound calls, and community events. Make 50+ outbound calls per day to warm leads, trial participants, and expired members. Consistently meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals. Master objection handling by building value and connecting membership to client goals. Member Retention & Experience Develop and execute strategies to retain members and improve client satisfaction. Build strong, genuine relationships with members, learning their goals and celebrating milestones. Create and manage referral programs, member appreciation events, and engagement initiatives. Team Leadership & Recruitment (Presale to Sustainability) Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates professionals and Sales Associates. Train team members on sales techniques, customer service, and community-building strategies. Lead by example—modeling sales excellence, professionalism, and member-focused service. Community Engagement with an emphasis on grassroots marketing Build a strong studio presence in the [Area] community through networking, partnerships, and outreach. Represent Pilates Addiction at local events to promote the brand and attract new members. Qualifications Required: Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, boutique studio, or membership-based environments. Strong ability to handle objections by building value and trust. High energy, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily and following up with leads consistently. Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting and managing a team. Prior pre-sales experience is preferred; however, it is not a prerequisite. Passion for fitness, health, and wellness. Availability to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed for events and peak sales times.
