Direct Counsel is seeking a Senior Transactional Tax Associate Attorney to join a highly ranked Am Law 100 firm with opportunities across multiple major markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of transactional tax experience, particularly involving middle-market private equity M&A transactions. This role offers access to sophisticated deal work, cross-office collaboration, and direct client engagement within a nationally recognized corporate practice.
