Job Details Are you a strategic and visionary technology leader ready to shape the future of insurance? We’re seeking a Director of Technology to define and execute our technology roadmap, spearheading innovation in our proprietary business and other ventures. In this key role, you will lead cloud infrastructure, data platforms, security, and team development initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional leaders. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Technology Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with company goals., • Partner with Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Operations to deliver seamless digital experiences for policyholders and agents., • Lead the design and optimization of Microsoft Azure-based cloud-native applications and infrastructure., • Ensure the scalability, availability, and resilience of core systems including policy admin, claims, billing, and CRM., • Build and manage modern data platforms supporting actuarial modeling, underwriting insights, and risk assessment., • Advance capabilities in analytics, AI/ML, and geospatial data to enhance risk selection and fraud detection., • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team., • Manage relationships with technology vendors, integrators, reinsurers, and insurtech partners., • Evaluate and implement third-party APIs, core systems, and other technology platforms.
