The Paralegal serves as a key member of ONE’s legal department, providing high-level support to the corporate counsel and general counsel. This role manages a broad range of global travel-related legal and compliance matters including corporate governance, vacation packages and travel club memberships, data privacy, contracts, marketing and risk management. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in corporate and consumer travel sales legal work, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and judgment. This is an in-house corporate role that emphasizes lifecycle management and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Regulatory & Compliance Support: Support corporate activities, ensuring company compliance with legal and regulatory requirements., • Contract Administration: Draft, review, and organize a wide variety of legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, corporate filings, policies, terms and conditions and marketing disclaimers., • Research & Analysis: Conduct and summarize legal research on travel industry regulations, data privacy, and other legal topics., • Contract Lifecycle Management: Analyze, draft, organize and maintain executed agreements in the Legal Department repository., • Marketing Terms: Draft, review and maintain website documents, including terms of use, privacy notices, program terms and conditions, and marketing disclaimers, terms and conditions., • Coordinate legal requests and projects with internal stakeholders and management., • Corporate Governance: Assist with preparation of documents for corporate filings, board meetings and intercompany agreement for ONE’s various global subsidiaries and affiliates., • Employment Law: Support the HR and Legal Departments in researching employment law matters, policy drafting and internal compliance audits., • Other related duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred., • 4+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 2+ years in a corporate legal department, in-house counsel environment, or other similar commercial experience., • Experience in corporate governance and contract management required., • Experience in travel, technology, SaaS, fintech, loyalty programs, or digital marketplaces preferred., • Advanced knowledge of contracts, compliance and corporate law principles and practices., • Comfortable learning and leveraging new technology platforms, internal systems, and workflow tools in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment., • Strong understanding of contract structures and risk management processes., • Excellent research, drafting, and document management skills., • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines., • Unwavering discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
