Job Description CABVI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist the Accounts Receivable team with routine, monthly and periodic billings, invoicing, collection procedures, and other various tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities Include: • Complete daily SPS billing entries and ensure all information is accurate in a timely manner., • On a monthly basis, review past due invoices on aging schedule to ensure that they have been entered into SPS. If not found, perform the necessary steps to enter them and/or follow up on issues as needed., • Complete agency miscellaneous and recurring billings including invoicing for service contracts, business services, insurance balances, membership dues, waste removal, and any other agency billing needs., • Mail or email invoices as needed per customer and respond to customer requests for duplicate copies of documentation in a timely manner. Confirm billing delivery method and contact information and update in the software as needed., • Send monthly statements to customers with invoices as needed., • Review accounts receivable aging schedule and follow up on outstanding customer accounts by researching unpaid invoices or discrepancies in payments. Escalate outstanding balances, issues or requests to A/R Lead as needed., • Process credit/debit memos in software once approved by Customer Service Manager., • Update and maintain collections spreadsheet including possible issues with customers along with various other spreadsheets., • Provide back-up in processing all customer credit card payments as needed., • Assist with month-end billing processing, which is to include verifying shipped orders are properly invoiced and cleared from the shipped not billed report., • Enter cash receipt information into Macola for customers JWOD and NYSPSP, and others as needed., • Assist with performing/conducting investigations and reviews of new customer credit applications. Job Description Boiler Operator Job Description Join our team as a Boiler Operator, where you will play a crucial role in the setup and operation of a vacuum atomization furnace. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities • Perform various cleaning, quality inspection, monitoring, and securing operations to assist in the setup of a vacuum atomization furnace., • Work from verbal and written instructions to perform repetitive tasks before, during, and after the atomization process., • Assist in preparing raw material charges, running the furnace control board, making minor repairs on the furnace, atomization chamber, and auxiliary equipment., • Clean the atomization chamber and carry out housekeeping duties., • Assist in the removal and replacement of the furnace lid and coils, and clean the interior of the furnace chamber and 'O' ring seal., • Clean raw material charge and transport to the charge area., • Assist in the attachment and detachment of gas, electric, and water lines to the furnace lid and tank., • Utilize an electric hoist to remove and replace the furnace lid from the furnace chamber., • Clean inside of crucibles, patch cracks, and perform other repair tasks of crucibles prior to the next run., • Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required., • Follow all EH&S guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment such as a respirator and mask., • Perform additional tasks within the scope and skill level of this position to support department objectives and develop skills., • Experience in a production setting working with machines as a general production worker, machine operator, or plant laborer., • Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis., • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work each day as the position is not near bus routes., • High School Diploma or Equivalent required., • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations., • Ability to work from heights up to 60 feet., • Ability to wear a respirator.
