This role supports a wide range of surgical specialties in a fast-paced trauma environment. Responsibilities * Scrub and assist in a broad variety of surgical procedures in the Adult OR. * Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instrumentation. * Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies. * Assist with patient positioning and preparation according to OR protocols. * Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards. * Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to ensure efficient surgical flow. * Accurately document procedures and support perioperative workflow.
