Job Description Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Data & AI Products Location: New York City, NY Duration: 6 Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise Data & AI initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of AI-driven programs, ensuring solutions are developed ethically, implemented effectively, and aligned with clinical and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT program management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and experience managing AI or data-focused initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Program & Project Leadership • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data-driven initiatives from discovery through enterprise deployment, • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation, • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies, • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, clinical stakeholders, IT, and security teams, • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesGovernance & Compliance, • Establish governance frameworks supporting ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency, • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, • Support responsible AI adoption and bias mitigation strategiesStakeholder & Team Management, • Facilitate collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership, • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and PMO staff, • Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports and KPI updates, • Lead issue resolution and escalation management processesPerformance & Delivery, • Track KPIs related to AI model performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and clinical impact, • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise healthcare systems including electronic health records, • Support organizational AI literacy and capability-building initiativesRequired Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, • 8–10 years of IT Program Management experience, • Strong experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives, • Experience with:, • Agile methodologies, • Scrum frameworks, • Project budgeting and resource management, • Risk and issue management, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities, • Proficiency with:, • MS Project, • Excel, • Word, • PowerPoint, • VisioPreferred Qualifications, • PMP Certification highly preferred, • Certified Scrum Master preferred, • Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments preferred, • Experience managing Data & AI initiatives preferred
