The ideal candidate will have prior New York Foreclosure experience, familiarity with New York civil practice and court procedure, experience with title report review and the drafting of pleadings and motions. If candidate does not have experience in these areas, other law firm experience will be considered. Candidate should possess excellent computer skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.
