You’ll help operationalize programs around performance development, manager training, role clarity, and DEI—laying the groundwork for scalable learning and talent frameworks that can evolve with the company., • Drive a Remarkable Employee Experience: Be the champion of an employee journey that feels intentional and engaging from start to finish. You’ll support initiatives around engagement, recognition, and well-being—using data and feedback to identify what’s working, where we can improve, and how we can make Mongoose an even better place to work., • Be a Systems & Process Pro: Own the systems and workflows that bring structure to the People function—ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integration across tools like iSolved, ChartHop, and Learn & Grow. You’ll turn insights into action, helping leadership make informed people decisions through metrics and reporting., • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and department leaders to ensure alignment across every stage of the employee lifecycle. Brings direct experience recruiting in a B2B SaaS environment across GTM, Product, and Engineering roles. Comfortable owning funnel health, diversity of slate, and experience quality; fluent in reading pass-through rates, time-to-fill, and source ROI to drive better decisions., • Strategy before Execution: You step back to understand the bigger picture—business goals, constraints, dependencies, and success metrics—before you build. You translate strategy into a clear plan, sequence the work, and deliver with focus., • Problem Solver by Default: Resourceful and curious, you ask sharp questions, dig for root causes, and understand problems deeply before proposing solutions. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, unblock yourself, run small experiments, and iterate quickly., • Builder’s Mindset: You thrive in environments where structure is still being built. You’re proactive, resourceful, and excited to create scalable frameworks, not just maintain them., • Collaborative Partner: You build trust quickly and communicate with empathy, ensuring cross-functional teams feel supported and informed.
