Job DescriptionBuild the Factory of the Future Picture your morning in Mesa: you walk the line in a 270,000 sq. ft. autonomous factory, confirm utilities are humming, bring a CNC back online, and coordinate a vendor call to fast-track a robot repair. By noon, you’ve closed out a preventive maintenance interval, updated the playbook so the next tech can reproduce your fix, and helped commissioning on a new cell. That’s a typical day keeping mission-critical production at Hadrian running at peak performance. About Hadrian We’re reinventing American manufacturing for aerospace and defense—delivering parts and systems for rockets, satellites, jets, ships, and more—up to 10x faster and 2x cheaper by combining software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing. Backed by Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, we recently closed a $260 million Series C to scale our vision. We’re launching a new Factory in Mesa, Arizona that will create 350 new jobs immediately, expanding HQ to support thousands of future hires, debuting Hadrian Maritime for naval production, and rolling out a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems—not just parts.
