The Property Manager (“PM”) will oversee the day-to-day operations of RPM’s affordable and mixed income properties in the Newark area. The PM will have broad and in-depth general management responsibilities and strong communication and leadership skills for their assigned apartment developments. The PM will supervise site teams consisting of Assistant PM’s, Resident Coordinators and maintenance personnel at levels consistent with property resources. The PM ensures assigned properties are meeting the financial, leasing and compliance expectations and upholding RPM’s standards of providing affordable housing that our residents are proud to call home.
