Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Service Coordinator who will serve as the central point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services. This role involves managing multiple accounts, updating vendor management systems, scheduling services, and dispatching technicians or vendors. The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Account Management:, • Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring all service needs are met promptly., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service histories, and account details., • Vendor Management:, • Update and maintain vendor information in systems such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Ariba, or similar platforms., • Coordinate with vendors for service requests, compliance documentation, and insurance certificates., • Scheduling & Dispatching:, • Schedule and dispatch service technicians or vendors based on client requirements and availability., • Monitor service progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and resolve conflicts., • Service Coordination:, • Track and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency service requests., • Communicate service updates to clients and internal teams in a timely manner., • Reporting & Documentation:, • Prepare and distribute service activity reports, KPIs, and compliance documentation., • Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and outcomes., • Customer Service:, • Handle client inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly., • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.Qualifications:, • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred., • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or account management., • Familiarity with vendor management platforms (e.g., ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Ariba)., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools., • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.Hours:, • 9:00am-5:00pm, • Monday through FridayEmployment Type:, • Contract to HireWorksite Type:, • 100% in officeAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
