Job Description We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role, you'll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference. This role is also eligible for commission earnings based on individual sales performance and on-target earnings (OTE) will vary based on performance. Final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.

Job Description RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Social Care Navigator to join our team in the Social Care Network Department. In this role, the Social Care Navigator will be responsible for conducting HRSN screenings, eligibility assessments, and navigation activities for Medicaid Fee-for-Service and non-eligible Managed Medicaid members. This is a grant funded position - location is remote however, applicant must be able to report to West Babylon, NY for trainings and or meetings.
