Job Description This Position reports to: Robotics US Country Leader In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Field Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. Key Responsibilities • Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team, • Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses, • Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.)., • Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Operations or similar field preferred; will consider relevant work experience too, • Minimum 15 years' experience in automation solution projects, preferably lead through the field service operations, • Preferred Qualifications: Possess experience with projects with Robotics solutions for Powertrain, Food & Beverage, Paint, Arc Welding, Material Handling, Body-in-White, among others, • Experience in customer management, leading the team to answer urgent priorities successfully, • Have a demonstrated track record of Safety and its improvements throughout trainings, certifications, process improvements, etc., • Open to travel for customers' visits, • Candidates must possess authorization to work permanently without sponsorship now or in the future We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
