Responsible for production, meeting daily schedule to insure on time delivery while minimizing overtime. Working with plant management teams to execute change at production floors. Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift.

This position is responsible for the production (to include packaging) of food products in an efficient manner, at an acceptable level of quality, and service to sales on time. Direct the work of employees in the production and wrap department.

Responsible for succession planning, training, process improvements, budgeting, capital spending, VCP development, and KPI tracking for total production areas.
