Job Description Affordable Air is a fast-growing HVAC company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Installers and Air Duct Cleaning Technicians to join our team. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and being part of a team. HVAC INSTALLER POSITION Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000+ per year depending on experience Lead installers have the potential to earn $80,000 – $100,000+ depending on production. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years residential HVAC installation experience (REQUIRED), • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation procedures, • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, • EPA Certification preferred, • Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Must maintain a professional attitude with customers and team members Must be able to complete a full residential system installation in one day with a helper. HVAC Installer Duties: • Install residential HVAC systems including condensers, furnaces, air handlers, and evaporator coils, • Install and modify ductwork as needed for system performance, • Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment, • Perform system start-up and testing to ensure proper operation, • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements, • Maintain clean and organized job sites, • Communicate with dispatch and office staff regarding job progress and completion, • Complete job documentation and material tracking, • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles, • Follow company safety procedures and policies, • Provide professional customer service when interacting with homeowners AIR DUCT TECHNICIAN POSITION Compensation: $18–$25 per hour depending on experience, with bonus opportunities based on production and add-on services.
