This role plays a key part in ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations • Pick, pack, and audit customer orders accurately., • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments., • Move materials between receiving, storage, and production areas., • Organize inventory on racks, shelves, and bins based on product specifications. Inventory & Order Management • Read and interpret work orders, shipping orders, and production schedules., • Assemble orders and prepare them for shipment., • Record inventory movements using warehouse systems., • Weigh and count items to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Equipment & Safety • Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks., • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping guidelines., • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED., • 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience., • Ability to read and use warehouse computer systems., • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down)., • Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments. Physical Requirements • Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods., • Ability to work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, dust)., • Comfortable working on concrete surfaces and in warehouse environments. Work Environment • Fast-paced, team-oriented setting (team of 5–6 under a Team Lead)., • Exposure to indoor/outdoor warehouse conditions., • May require use of hearing protection and PPE.
