This role is central to ensuring agents are fully connected to the tools, training, systems, and support that drive their success. The Agent Success Manager provides direct support to our agents as well as the leadership team. This position leads onboarding and integration, supports training and growth initiatives, manages office technology and communication systems, and ensures agents are set up to succeed within the brokerage’s systems and culture. This is not a back-office role. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position within a fast-paced, forward-thinking real estate environment. You must be able to shift priorities quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and execute with precision. You bring both structure and energy; you are productive, personable, and proactive. You see what needs to be done and handle it. Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000, • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Agent Onboarding & Integration • Facilitate new agent onboarding, intake, and orientation, • Ensure agents are fully integrated into our systems, tools, and culture, • Maintain accurate agent records and internal databases, • Coordinate and manage new agent training programs and educational offerings, • Assist with office meetings, trainings, and growth initiatives, • Help agents connect to tools and resources that drive productivity and business growth, • Oversee office technology systems, communication platforms, and related vendors, • Provide tech support for meetings, presentations, and office equipment, • Maintain operational efficiency across systems and platforms, • Provide direct support to the Director of Sales and Broker, • Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and execute at a high level, • Balance multiple projects without losing attention to detail, • Real estate industry experience preferred, • Familiarity with brokerage-specific systems and culture strongly preferred, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, • Service-minded with a professional, positive presence, • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), • Comfortable managing office technology, communication platforms, and vendor relationships, • Experience with MLS and CRM systems (Top Producer preferred; training available), • Strong facilitation and training skills Rockton Realty is growing its team.
