This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships across key industrial sectors including aerospace, defense, energy, and heavy manufacturing. \n \n\n\n \nPosition Overview: \nWe are seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong background in machine tools, metal cutting, or industrial manufacturing. This individual will lead complex, solution-based sales efforts for advanced CNC machining and capital equipment solutions. \n \n\n\n \nKey Responsibilities: \nCommercial Growth & Market Expansion\n\n\n\t • Drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account expansion \n\t, • Identify and pursue opportunities within aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial sectors \n\t, • Expand market presence through targeted sales strategies \n\nCustomer Engagement & Strategic Selling\n\n\n\t, • Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key decision-makers \n\t, • Lead full-cycle, solution-based sales processes for capital equipment \n\t, • Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations \n\nSales Execution & Leadership\n\n\n\t, • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and sales performance metrics \n\t, • Establish and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals \n\nTechnical Sales & Collaboration\n\n\n\t, • Leverage expertise in CNC machining, metal cutting, and automation solutions \n\t, • Partner with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions \n\t, • Support product demos and ROI-driven proposals \n\nMarket Strategy & Industry Engagement\n\n\n\t, • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies \n\t, • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field) \n\t, • 5+ years of sales experience in machine tools, CNC, metal cutting, or industrial manufacturing \n\t, • Proven success selling capital equipment in complex sales environments \n\t, • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders \n\t, • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value \n\t, • Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals \n\t, • Competitive base salary ($80,000 – $100,000) + performance-based incentives \n\t, • Strong earning potential with growth opportunities \n\t, • Comprehensive benefits package \n\t, • Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies \n\t, • Travel: 40–60% (client visits, industry events, key accounts) \n\t Get a complete career fit with Kelly®.
