Position: Benefits Director Compensation:$95,000 to $105,000 annually Status: Full-Time Category: Exempt Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm with flexible nights and weekends if needed Reports to: CHRO Location: Ewing Township, NJ What We Offer: • Top 401k plans in the industry. Job Summary The Arc Mercer Benefits Director is responsible for the hands-on and strategic administration and operational management of the organization's employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement offerings, wellness initiatives, and leave policies. This role ensures regulatory compliance, fosters strong vendor partnerships, and provides expert guidance to employees regarding their benefits. Key Responsibilities • Manage all Agency's benefit programs - including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, wellness, EAP & pet insurance., • Perform all tasks associated with marketing and renewing each program., • Proactively research new programs, • Develop process and communication for implementation., • Evaluate each program on a continual basis to ensure the program meets current regulations, our service standards, are cost-effective and are of value to our employees., • Develop and implement prompt and effective resolutions/solutions to address any program/employee issue., • Supervise Benefits Division employees, • Minimum 5 years experience with health & welfare benefits administrator or broker supporting employers with more than 250 employees or 5 years experience managing the benefit programs for an employer with more than 250 employees., • Three (3) years Supervisory experience., • Experience working with Captives preferred.
