What We’re Looking For • -7+ years of progressive experience in branch banking leadership, sales, management, or retail financial services., • -Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent industry recognized certifications., • -Strong ability to coach, influence, and develop team leaders and frontline teams., • -High impact motivational leader cultivating excellence in a result oriented, member centric culture., • -Excellent communication and presentative skills with all levels of staff and leadership., • -Strong understanding of branch sales environment and products., • -Experience with performance metrics, reporting and data-driven decision making.
