Job Description Seasonal Events Assistant Scope & Purpose The Seasonal Events Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation, execution, and cleanup of events at Community First! Village including our biggest event of the year Village of Lights. As part of the team behind the Happy Health product, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines to bring partnership concepts to life through real, functioning, scalable systems. You will work directly with partner teams as well as internal product, engineering, marketing, operations, and clinical stakeholders to scope requirements, prioritize internal product needs, coordinate execution, manage timelines, validate implementation quality, and ensure that each partner launch is successful and repeatable. This role is responsible for serving as the primary owner of partner programs once a deal is signed and for helping define and drive the internal product work needed to support those programs over time.
