OverviewThis position on the product and growth team has direct ownership of and responsibility for both internal product management and external program management required to launch and scale Happy Health’s B2B2C partnership programs. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, growth, and operations and is responsible for translating partnership and business needs into clear internal product requirements, driving the execution of internal product and workflow changes, and managing the end-to-end implementation, launch, and ongoing execution of partner programs. This is a highly hands-on role focused on doing: defining requirements, managing product and implementation workstreams, coordinating cross-functional execution, validating launch readiness, and supporting ongoing partner performance after go-live. This is not a sales role and is not responsible for sourcing, pitching, or closing new partnership deals. This role requires a strong engineering or technical implementation background. The person in this role must be able to understand and work through real technical integration details, translate business and partner requirements into actionable product and technical requirements, and serve as a credible cross-functional operator across product, engineering, marketing, operations, clinical, and partner teams. As part of the team behind the Happy Health product, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines to bring partnership concepts to life through real, functioning, scalable systems. You will work directly with partner teams as well as internal product, engineering, marketing, operations, and clinical stakeholders to scope requirements, prioritize internal product needs, coordinate execution, manage timelines, validate implementation quality, and ensure that each partner launch is successful and repeatable. This role is responsible for serving as the primary owner of partner programs once a deal is signed and for helping define and drive the internal product work needed to support those programs over time. Key Responsibilities * Own the post-signature implementation and execution of B2B2C partnership programs from kickoff through launch and ongoing management. * Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of partner relationships after deal close, including onboarding, communication, follow-up, issue resolution, and launch coordination. * Own internal product management for partnership-related product efforts, including defining requirements, writing specifications, prioritizing needs, and driving cross-functional execution of internal product changes required for partner launches and ongoing partner success. * Translate partner, business, and operational requirements into clear product requirements, technical requirements, implementation plans, and internal specifications for engineering, product, marketing, operations, and clinical teams. * Scope technical and operational requirements for each partnership, including referral tracking, UTMs, event flows, webhooks, APIs, data mappings, attribution, lifecycle touchpoints, internal tooling needs, workflow changes, and related implementation details. * Work directly with engineering and product stakeholders to define integration approaches, prioritize internal product work, resolve technical blockers, support QA, and ensure successful implementation. * Act as the internal product owner for partnership-driven features, system changes, and workflow improvements needed across the Happy Health platform and operating environment. * Manage launch timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across both internal product efforts and external partner implementation efforts. * Guide partners through setup, testing, validation, and launch readiness across technical, marketing, and operational components. * Validate implementation quality through QA and testing of flows, events, attribution, APIs, data integrity, internal workflows, and related systems before and after launch. * Monitor live partner programs to ensure successful performance, identify issues quickly, and coordinate internal fixes, enhancements, or rollback plans when needed. * Maintain clear documentation, implementation templates, technical requirements, product requirements, and program materials that improve consistency, reduce custom work, and increase launch speed over time. * Help build repeatable systems and scalable operating processes for both partner onboarding and implementation as well as internal partnership-related product development and launch management. * Identify friction points, product gaps, execution gaps, and opportunities to improve both the partner experience and the internal systems supporting partner delivery over time. * Support long-term partner success by ensuring programs remain operationally sound, technically reliable, and aligned with business goals after launch. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, solutions engineering, implementation, product operations, technical account management, partner integrations, engineering-adjacent roles, or similar execution-oriented positions. * Meaningful engineering, software, systems, or technical implementation background, whether through prior engineering experience, technical product management, technical program management, solutions architecture, implementation engineering, or equivalent hands-on work. * Demonstrated experience owning internal product requirements and cross-functional execution in addition to managing external implementations or partner programs. * Demonstrated experience managing technical integrations or cross-functional implementations involving APIs, webhooks, event tracking, attribution, data flows, or related systems. * Ability to understand technical architecture at a working level and translate between external partner needs, internal business requirements, product requirements, and engineering execution. * Strong product judgment and ability to define requirements, make tradeoffs, and drive internal execution in a fast-moving environment. * Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple parallel workstreams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams. * Demonstrated ability to operate independently, execute with urgency, and maintain strong ownership in a fast-moving environment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure implementation quality across technical, operational, internal product, and partner-facing workflows. * Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping build process and structure in a growing organization. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in digital health, healthcare services, consumer health, or other regulated environments. * Experience supporting partner implementations that involve marketing, checkout, attribution, lifecycle communications, or embedded customer journeys. * Experience owning product requirements or roadmap contributions for integration-heavy or partner-facing systems. * Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to scope and launch integrations. * Experience in a high-growth startup or emerging growth company. * Experience building repeatable implementation systems, onboarding processes, templates, launch playbooks, or internal operational tooling. * Familiarity with sleep care, diagnostics, care delivery operations, or adjacent healthcare workflow models. Collaboration: You will directly collaborate with many members across the team and are expected to serve as a key cross-functional owner across partnership implementation, execution, and launch management. Work Environment: Onsite in Austin, TX preferred. Remote within the United States is also possible. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. Periodic travel may be required depending on partner needs and company priorities. Salary Range: Base salary, bonus, and equity will be structured based on candidate experience and fit. Additional Information: This is a highly hands-on execution role for someone who excels at turning product requirements and signed partnerships into real, functioning programs. The right candidate should be comfortable owning details, coordinating across teams, guiding external partners through implementation, solving operational and technical issues, and helping build the repeatable systems needed to scale Happy Health’s partnership program over time. This role is not a sales or business development position; it is for someone who wants to make partnerships work. Happy Health is an equal opportunity employer.
