Job Description We are seeking a strong communicator and brand-driven designer to support our Sales, Marketing, and Training teams through visually compelling and clearly written content and designs. This role requires someone who understands the power of great design and clear messaging and knows how to combine these skills to create effective marketing materials. From building internal training decks and external sales presentations to crafting brand-aligned copy for flyers, social posts, and catalogs, this position plays a key role in shaping how our Company and each of its brands present themselves consistently across all channels. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented team member to craft compelling visual and written content that engages varied and multiple audiences, strengthens our brand, and supports business objectives. This role combines storytelling with design expertise to deliver high-quality marketing assets across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts writer and designer—able to turn complex information into clear, visually appealing materials that resonate with target audiences. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Design Branded Content: Create visually engaging sales tools, presentations, and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint., • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure visual and messaging alignment across all brands, channels, and departments by creating templates, • Produce Clear Messaging: Draft concise, compelling content for presentations, social media, email campaigns, and product collateral. This requires routine writing, editing and proofreading copy to ensure accuracy., • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create content that is both strategic and visually effective, • Support Digital and Print Projects: Assist with catalog layouts, website updates, and product launches, • Develop and Maintain Templates: Create and organize branded templates to streamline asset creation across teams, • Tailor visuals by audience: Adjust content style and tone for training, customer-facing, or executive-level presentations, • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality and actively communicating with team members, • All other duties as assignedQualifications, • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design or related field, preferred, • Experience partnering with executives, sales teams, and marketing professionals to align messaging across departments, • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; skilled in both visual and written content creation, • Proficient in graphic design with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or equivalent design applications., • Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva and Keynote, • Experience developing content for Sales, Marketing, or Training, with an emphasis on clarity and visual appeal, • Ability to adapt brand voice and identity across multiple brands and formats for varied audiences, • Confident copywriting skills for email, social media, and product marketing, • High attention to detail and consistency in branding, layout, and tone, • Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across departments, • Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales enablement, or creative production for product teams is a plus Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
