About Compassionate Care Compassionate Care is a non-profit medical clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas dedicated to serving uninsured and underserved adults in the Coastal Bend region. Our volunteer-based model combines high-quality medical and behavioral health services with compassionate, patient-centered care. Position Summary The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports both the Mental Health and Primary Care programs at Compassionate Care. The CMA performs patient intake, assists with communication and follow-up, and provides translation and coordination support for the Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and other clinical staff. This position plays an important role in ensuring a smooth, respectful, and efficient experience for every patient.
