Job Description This role will require extensive travel across the Western U.S. About the Position: The Regional Field Nurse Educator will leverage deep clinical knowledge and therapeutic expertise to educate healthcare professionals on the administration, management, and holistic care considerations surrounding HIV PrEP therapy, commonly reported side effects, and patient-centered care best practices across multiple territories. This flexible field-based role is designed to provide scalable regional support—filling in during staffing gaps, high-demand periods, or transitions—ensuring continuity and consistency in therapeutic education. In collaboration with sales and field reimbursement teams, the NE will provide high-impact training experiences and foster awareness of culturally sensitive care for diverse populations affected by HIV. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Provide cross-territory coverage and support in alignment with regional needs, planned and unplanned absences, and program priorities, • Responsible for routing and scheduling activities to call on approved accounts across multiple geographies assigned, • Work and communicate collaboratively with local territory field force members, as appropriate, to meet area educational needs, identify collaborative opportunities, and execute cross-territory plans, • Partner with regional leadership to identify priority areas for support and triage requests accordingly, • Collaborate closely with field counterparts including Prevention Specialists, Field Reimbursement Managers, Community Liaisons, and Medical Science Liaisons to align regional strategies and identify educational opportunities, • Provide impactful training on injection technique, dosing and administration, side effect management, and supportive patient care strategies using approved curriculum and training tools, • Flex to provide in-person or virtual as requested coverage depending on need and availability in underserved territories, • Deliver culturally responsive education and training that acknowledges social and structural determinants of health, addresses barriers to equitable care, and promotes inclusive practices for historically underserved and marginalized communities through:, • Cultural Awareness – Promote respectful, tailored communication for diverse cultural needs, • LGBTQ+ Affirming Practices – Provide positive interactions incorporating environmental cues, • HIV Literacy & Health Empowerment – Provide Gilead PRC approved resources, • Social Determinants of Health – Highlight matrix team members that support continuity of care and access, • Conduct total office calls and/or in-service sessions across multiple territories to educate on patient education strategies, support programs, and product education, • Address field training inquiries with timeliness and professionalism via systems, email, or mobile communications, • Proactively identify, escalate, and address evolving HCP educational needs across multiple territories, • Share regional insights to help shape future training content, delivery innovations, and unmet educational needs, • Submit accurate and timely documentation of all interactions per Momentum Life Sciences standards, • Uphold all regulatory, legal, and organizational compliance expectations in daily operations and clinical engagements, • Assist with onboarding and mentorship of new field educators, as needed This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Required Education and/or Experience: • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, • Experience working in therapeutic areas requiring a high degree of cultural sensitivity, • HIV and/or infectious disease clinical education experience preferred, • Previous experience in pharmaceutical education or field-based nurse educator roles, • Active RN or NP licensure, • Must maintain a valid driver’s license, • Previous HCP and Patient education experience, • Recent HIV and/or infectious disease experience and passion for diverse patient population, • High EQ and ability to deliver effective and persuasive messaging, • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for action, • Ability to promptly address open ended questions, provide feedback and solutions to healthcare professionals based on “real world” clinical experiences, • High adaptability and flexibility to serve as an on-demand resource, • Demonstrated experienced competency and ability to independently navigate technology using multiple platforms, computer screens, and other technical components. (Ex: Telephony Systems (such as Genesys Cloud), CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Suite), • Foster a strong culture of ethics and compliance by ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards in daily operations and decision-making, • Deliver impactful presentations and effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, demonstrating strong public speaking skills and the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders, • Proven adaptability to changing market and business demands and product relevance in a fast-paced environment, • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products Travel: Up to 75% travel required; average of 2-3 overnights of travel per week required and must be comfortable traveling for field training engagements Working Conditions: Technical Requirements for Work from Home • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions, • Dedicated Internet access with at least 100 mbps download speed and 20 mbps upload speed, • Ability to set up MLS-provided computer equipment and connect it to the Internet via ethernet cable preferred
