Southwest Anesthesia Partners is looking for full and part-time anesthesiologists with the opportunity to join in W2 or 1099 capacity to service our ASC and office-based anesthesia surgeon clients in the Houston division. Who is Southwest Anesthesia Partners? We are a compassionate anesthesia group in Texas delivering professional quality care to our long-held and evolving list of surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and newly added business of office-based anesthesia clients. What is office-based anesthesia (OBA)? At Southwest, we provide a comprehensive peri-operative solution for physicians, surgeons, and dentists performing procedures in the medical office space. Our team of anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and registered nurses provide pre-operative, anesthetic, and post-operative care for various office-based surgical procedures. The Southwest OBA model is that of a traveling surgery center – we provide all of the same medications, supplies, equipment, and emergency preparedness, but at the physician's office. Our safety, quality, and patient satisfaction are second to none! SALARY, BENEFITS, OPPORTUNITY DETAILS, AND QUALIFICATIONS 1099 • New grad: $350,000/year Position Details • 6 ASCs, 1 Endoscopy Center (GI is 95% of the caseload), • Providers will be credentialed at more than one facility to provide flexibility (e.g., early out requests), • No OB, no hearts, no trauma, no neonates, no transplant-you go home when you're done, • No in-house call. Southwest call is the late day on the schedule.
