Job Description j to provide comprehensive clinical and administrative services for our long-term care facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest quality of nutritional care and regulatory compliance. Position Details • Job Type:Full time, • Setting: Long-Term Care Facilities (LTC) The Registered Dietitian will execute both direct patient care and facility oversight: Clinical & Patient Care • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for patients upon new admission, annually, and following any significant change of condition (status change)., • Provide focused nutritional review and intervention for high-risk residents, including those with:, • Pressure Injuries (Wound care management), • Patients receiving Enteral Feeding (Tube feeding management), • Patients on Dialysis, • Conduct monthly kitchen oversight to ensure sanitation, food safety, and compliance standards are met., • Develop and deliver engaging staff in-service training sessions on topics related to nutrition, dietary protocols, and best practices., • Licensure: Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)., • Experience: 1-2 years of clinical experience, specifically within a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting are desired., • Skills: Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care.
