Responsibilities • Manage and organize office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency., • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy., • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members., • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical., • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed., • Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects., • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management., • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
