As an Experienced Inventory Control Specialist you will: • Execute and maintain the cycle count program for production and warehouse inventory., • Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and process inventory adjustments as required., • Ensure inventory accuracy for lot-controlled, serialized, and bulk materials., • Review, validate, and process inventory transactions including issues, transfers, receipts, and adjustments., • Maintain accurate bin locations, lot numbers, and material status in the ERP system., • Ensure all material movement is properly transacted in a timely manner, • Support production through material staging, replenishment, and water spider activities., • Process and fulfill material requests to ensure uninterrupted production flow., • Coordinate with Production and Planning to resolve material shortages or discrepancies, • Support physical inventories, audits, and compliance requirements., • Identify gaps in inventory processes and recommend improvements., • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and inventory control best practices., • Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and operations. This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. * 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production planning, or inventory control environment preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus. Knowledge * Production and Processing: Understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and methods to optimize manufacturing and distribution. * Customer Service: Knowledge of principles and practices for providing effective internal customer service, including needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation. * Administrative: Familiarity with administrative and office procedures such as document management, recordkeeping, form design, and workplace terminology. Skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to read, understand, and interpret work-related documents. * Ability to clearly convey information to others. Abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Strong analytical skills for reviewing data and identifying trends or discrepancies. * Ability to schedule meetings, facilitate group discussions, and effectively receive and disseminate information to support manufacturing operations. * Ability to retrieve, compile, and analyze data. * Flexibility to work weekends as needed. * Able to clear a drug test & background. * Availability to work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday & OT weekends.
