Job DescriptionOffice Administrator– Help Lead an Expanding Drywall Company???? Oceanside, CA | Part-Time (20hrs/wk) | Monday–Friday | Morning start time (e.g., 8am) About the RoleWe’re Midwest Drywall, a small and growing drywall company serving San Diego County. With fewer than 20 employees, we’re proud of our strong work ethic, precision, and reliable service in residential construction.We’re looking for a hands-on Office Administrator who’s ready to step into a busy, fast-paced environment and take ownership of the details that keep our projects running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who’s confident, organized, and ready to grow with a company that values hard work and follow-through. What You’ll Handle • Oversee day-to-day office operations and support leadership., • Process payroll, timecards, job costing, insurance, and lien paperwork., • Manage accounts receivable/payable and assist with financial tracking., • Keep communication flowing— phones, email, scheduling, and coordination., • Create job listings and lead the hiring process, • Execute onboarding and offboarding procedures., • Maintain compliance items, renewals, and company records., • 2+ years of office or admin experience, ideally in construction or a related trade., • Advanced with Excel, project management software, and learning new systems quickly., • Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities., • 2 weeks PTO per year (personal + sick), • Steady weekday schedule— no weekends or major holidays required, • ????
