You'll be responsible for keeping priorities clear, communication sharp, and execution seamless. You won't just manage calendars-you'll manage momentum. This position requires discretion, confidence, and ownership. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, high-level communication, and critical initiatives that directly impact the business. What You'll Own Executive Communication & Presence • Draft, refine, and send executive-level emails and communications, • Ensure messaging is polished, intentional, and aligned with leadership tone, • Manage follow-ups and ensure nothing slips through the cracks, • Coordinate and execute high-level meetings (in-person and virtual), • Build agendas, prep materials, and ensure leadership walks in prepared, • Capture key decisions and track action items through completion, • Support and help drive executive-led initiatives forward, • Track timelines, deliverables, and priorities across departments, • Bring structure to moving pieces and create clarity where there isn't any, • Maintain organized systems, trackers, and documentation, • Manage expense reporting and administrative processes with accuracy, • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows proactively, • Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and leadership initiatives, • Manage logistics from start to finish-details matter here, • You've supported senior leaders before-and you get it, • You're highly organized, but more importantly, you think ahead, • You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all levels, • You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball-or the energy, • You operate with discretion, sound judgment, and strong instincts, • You don't wait to be told-you anticipate what's needed next, • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant or similar), • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational systems and attention to detail, • Ability to manage fast-moving priorities with professionalism and calm, • Confidence interacting with executives, partners, and cross-functional teams, • Experience supporting leadership in a multi-location or high-growth organization, • Executives are prepared, focused, and operating at a high level, • Communication is clear, polished, and timely, • Projects move forward without constant oversight, • Nothing gets missed-and everything feels seamless, • The business runs better because you're in the role
