Hourly Rate: $20 Hybrid Remote This role will assist in various accounts payable, procurement and other disbursement related activities. Review of accounts payable documents for adherence to internal controls and communication to management teams (oral and written) with requests for data, findings and recommendations. The Accounts Payable Specialist is a member of the Financial Strategies and Asset Management department. This position will report to both the Disbursement Manager and Director of Finance and Accounting. • Perform Accounts Payable processing, as assigned., • Perform consistent review of key Accounts Payable processes to determine compliance to written policies. Report control deficiencies to management., • Perform Procurement related tasks and duties as assigned., • Perform consistent reviews of key Procurement processes to determine compliance to written policies.
