Job Description Date posted: November 5, 2025 Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Summary The Sr. Production/ Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of the facility production plans in the following departments. Assembly, Prep, Pizza line, Housekeeping, and Picking. The role will be roughly 20% Plan Develop and 80% Plan Execution. Principal Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Execute department plans and goals., • Drive productivity goals and expectations., • Supervise line setup and execution., • Understand company's GMPs, SOP, SSOP, and Product quality set by operation team, and monitor whether the Production system works properly., • Ensure product orders are complete and yield loss documented., • Coordinate dept plan changes with supervisors, line leads, and outside departments., • Following up with customer shortages, damages, and misprocesses., • The actions the person will be measured on are:, • Meet/Exceed production order fill rates., • Product orders meet CDC dispatch goals., • Meet productivity goals., • Follow product specs and reduce/eliminate misprocesses., • Fill department lead and critical roles when needed., • Monitor dept workflow and report any issues on Quality, Productivity, Safety., • Execute internal dept audits and report the results., • Make real-time dept plan changes when needed. New Product, Cross Training, General Training, Equipment, Safety., • Evaluate dept. plan execution and personnel., • Daily Task, • Daily Supervisor Reports, • Employee Headcount and Balance, • Review Daily VTS Reports, • Update MCS, • Update Production Whiteboard, • Review Productivity, • Review Product Quality, • Review Department Operations (Assembly, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Prep, Pizza, and Picking), • Review Department Reports (Assembly, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Prep, Pizza, and Picking), • Product Review Meeting, • Setup Employee Training, • Complete Miscellaneous task, • Weekly Task, • Weekly Line Lead Schedule, • Weekly Department Schedule, • Weekly Employee Schedule, • RD Data Reports, • Experience in food manufacturing, • MS Knowledge, • Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, • Ability to motivate and drive a team., • Strong work ethic, • Time Management, • USDA and FDA knowledge and experience, • HACCP knowledge and experience, • Excellent problem-solving skills, • GMP knowledge and experience, • Must be able to stand for an extended period. Must be able to lift anywhere from 10 to 25 lbs., • Work Environment in moderate to high noise level that will, but not be limited to, production machinery, computers, printers, telephones, and normal communication., • Associates are required to adhere to production schedule demands, dept rotation schedule changes, and overtime., • Must be willing to work under various temperatures typically ranging from 40 to 95 F.
