Overview We are seeking a dynamic AI Ambassador to lead the enablement and adoption of our AI for Everyone program— enterprise initiative to skill every team member with practical, responsible, and high-impact AI capabilities. This role is a blend of educator, strategist, product thinker, and storyteller. You will partner with leaders across Product, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Executive teams to embed AI into everyday work and unlock meaningful productivity improvements. As the AI Ambassador, you are the face and voice of AI across the Business. You design engaging learning experiences, run workshops, build curriculum, and help employees confidently apply AI tools to real business workflows. You collaborate deeply with the AI Center of Excellence (AICOE), business executives, and transformation program owners to ensure responsible, scalable AI adoption. Responsibilities • Lead AI Education & Adoption (AI for Everyone), • Design, deliver, and scale training programs—live workshops, virtual sessions, hands-on labs, and office hours—for all business functions., • Translate complex AI concepts into relatable, practical skills tailored for non-technical audiences., • Create a role-based AI curriculum for Sales, CS, Marketing, Support, Operations, Engineering, HR, and Finance., • Build the AI Knowledge Platform, • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal library of best practices, real-world examples, guides, and video tutorials (Confluence, internal LMS)., • Create playbooks for prompt engineering, workflow automation, and applied enterprise AI skills., • Drive AI Adoption Across the Enterprise, • Serve as the company’s most visible advocate for AI adoption., • Inspire teams through demos, roadshows, internal events, and thought leadership., • Build and mentor an internal AI Champions Network to scale grassroots adoption across the Business., • Partner with Business Units to Transform Workflows, • Collaborate with leaders across Customer Support, OneSite, ClickPay, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to identify AI-enabled use cases., • Co-design pilot programs and use-case accelerators focused on workflow automation, agentic assistants, knowledge search, and operational efficiency., • Help teams evaluate when to use an LLM, when to use analytics/automation, and when to use hybrid AI approaches., • Provide Expert Guidance & Advisory, • Act as a consultant to internal teams on LLM tools, multimodal assistants, prompt strategies, model selection (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Bedrock), agent architectures, and productivity workflows., • Help leaders and teams assess ROI, productivity impact, and change-management readiness., • Ensure Responsible, Safe & Governed AI Usage, • Partner with the AICOE to champion Responsible AI Framework., • Train employees on privacy, compliance, bias, and data governance guidelines., • Help craft guardrails and best practices for safe AI use in customer-facing workflows., • Stay Ahead of the AI Curve, • Continuously research emerging AI platforms, agent frameworks, enterprise tools, and best practices., • Bring strategic recommendations to executives and influence the AI roadmap. Qualifications • 5–10+ years in training, enablement, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation roles., • Hands-on expertise with major Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, etc.). KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Demonstrated mastery of prompt engineering and the ability to teach it as a practical skill., • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences., • Experience driving adoption of new technologies at scale in large enterprises., • Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, embeddings, retrieval, and when to apply traditional ML vs. generative approaches., • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, and GCP., • Basic experience with Python for demos, prototypes, and educational examples., • Portfolio of training materials, presentations, or workshops demonstrating your ability to teach and inspire., • Experience in SaaS technology., • Prior work with an AI Center of Excellence or large-scale AI transformation.
