Our client is seeking an organized, proactive, and highly independent Corporate Paralegal to serve as the primary legal and compliance support partner to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with the Director of Contract Compliance. This individual will act as a key operational gatekeeper, ensuring the organization follows its internal processes, maintains compliance across its broad operational footprint, and supports a wide variety of commercial, environmental, and contractual initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal comfortable navigating a fast?moving, PE?owned environment where M&A activity, regulatory considerations, and commercial contracting are frequent and impactful. Key Responsibilities • Commercial Contracting & Legal Operations, • Serve as the CFO's front door for legal, compliance, and contract matters, • Manage customer and vendor contracting processes, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and inventory-related documentation, • Oversee and maintain the contract repository system (AI?enabled system), • Ensure internal compliance processes are followed consistently across the business, • Lease & Property Support, • Support and help manage the company's portfolio of leases (in partnership with the Office Manager) Regulatory, Tax & Environmental, • Assist with limited sales & use tax matters, • Lead coordination on major product stewardship initiatives across 48 states, in partnership with the EHS team, • Provide support on environmental and transportation matters, including:, • EPA, DOT, Hazmat, Commercial transportation & distribution regulations, M&A / PE?Driven Work, • Support diligence efforts related to acquisitions (PE-owned environment-M&A exposure is guaranteed), • Coordinate with external counsel on transactional, regulatory, or contracting mattersRequired Skills & Experience, • 3-7+ years of corporate paralegal or legal operations experience, • Strong background in commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management, • High degree of independence, accountability, and ability to create structure, • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, • Confidence managing systems, compliance processes, and data frameworksPreferred / Great to Have, • Experience in distribution, logistics, industrial, or multi?site environments, • Exposure to EPA, DOT, Hazmat, commercial transportation, or environmental compliance, • Prior experience working with private equity-owned companies, • M&A/due diligence experience, • Hybrid, • Direct Hire, • Location: Dallas / Las Colinas, • Compensation: $90-120,000 + BonusPay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year Search managed by: Lisa Dryer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act, • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance, • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, • San Francisco Fair Chance OrdinanceMassachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
