This role partners closely with senior leaders to shape talent strategies, manage organizational change, and ensure a high-performing, legally compliant, and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership • Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders on leadership, talent, and organizational topics., • Co-create workforce strategies to meet short- and long-term business needs., • Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing., • Inspire a learning culture and support upskilling through internal and external programs., • Provide guidance on employment matters, including involuntary terminations., • Lead or support large-scale change initiatives and reorganizations., • Collaborate with transformation project teams to ensure smooth transitions., • Manage and participate in various project management activities including but not limited to: HR integration during M&A activities, role mapping, policy harmonization, communication planning, partnership with AME HR Leadership Team to manage cadence and oversight of project deliverables and cadence., • Manage recruitment ramp-up and organizational restructuring post-acquisition., • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform strategic decisions., • Identify future data needs and collaborate with HR experts to develop solutions.Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred, • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and change management, • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification, • Experience in post-merger integration or organizational transformation, • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices, • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders, • International HR experience and cross-cultural competence, • Project management or change management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
