Recruiter II Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) | Secondary: Austin, TX Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months Compensation: $40–$47/hour | Equivalent to ~$83,200 – $97,760/year Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holidays Travel: None Start: ASAP (Target: 4/20/2026) About the Role Our client, a global leader in e-commerce and technology, is seeking a Recruiter II to support their corporate hiring team. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and assessing top talent across a variety of corporate functions. You will play a critical role in delivering a strong candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. What You'll Do • Source and identify qualified candidates using Boolean search and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, ATS), • Conduct phone screens and pre-screen candidates for corporate roles, • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies, • Manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, and interview coordination, • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely communication on outcomes, • Opportunity to support hiring across diverse corporate functions, • High-impact role contributing to large-scale hiring initiatives, • Exposure to a fast-paced, data-driven recruiting environment, • Strong autonomy with a supportive team structure, • 4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or sourcing, • Experience hiring for roles such as marketing, sales, program management, business analysts, vendor managers, or risk managers, • Strong Boolean sourcing and candidate generation skills, • Experience with behavioral interviewing and candidate coaching, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and building sourcing strategies, • Background in agency recruiting Record your short intro here — tell us about your experience and why this opportunity excites you.
