Position Summary The Line Cook prepares and executes dishes with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. This role supports day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including prep, station management, service execution, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Cooking & Execution Prepare and execute menu items to Siren Songs specifications during service Examples include: pizzas, pastas, shareables, salads, and proteins Maintain consistent portioning, seasoning, and presentation on every plate Cook proteins to proper temps with confidence and accuracy Follow recipes and plating guides rigorously.
