We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
Manage and organize emails, appointments, and calendars.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and organizing files.
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing records.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed. Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
