As a Commercial PM, you will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout, with a focus on delivering ground-up hospitality projects for top brands like Hilton and Marriott on time and within budget. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Brownsville, TX. You will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, and quality control while collaborating with the superintendent and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
