We’re looking for motivated welders who want to grow, innovate, and be part of something big. ⭐ About the Role As a TIG Welder, you'll work hands-on with metal components—cutting, trimming, fitting, and fabricating parts essential to assembling a wide variety of structures. You’ll partner closely with experienced welders, engineers, and production teams to ensure every weld meets the highest level of quality and precision. This is a place where craftsmanship, teamwork, and innovation come together. 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Perform Class A welds and fabricate metal components to precise specifications, • Work with lead welders to verify weld procedures, materials, and rod types, • Interpret engineering drawings and plan weld operations even with limited procedural guidance, • Help streamline workflows, reduce turnaround times, and support continuous improvement, • Participate in assembly and fabrication of small to large-scale structures, • Communicate effectively with engineering, planning, and supervision teams, • Modify, repair, assemble, and install launch vehicle structures, • Ensure each completed operation meets drawing requirements, • Safely handle/dispense hazardous materials, • Install and assemble custom or off-the-shelf tooling and machinery, • Set up work platforms and safety equipment at height, • Operate shop equipment including forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts🛠 Required Skills & Experience, • 1+ years of TIG welding experience in manufacturing, • OR recent completion of an accredited welding program, • Strong skills in tube cutting, grinding, and fabrication, • Experience performing Class A welds, • AWS D17.1 and D1.2 certifications, • Knowledge of DC welding techniques and engineering standards, • Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts➕ Preferred Qualifications, • TIG welding experience with:, • stainless steel, carbon steel, Inconel, aluminum, titanium, • Solid understanding of welding tools, materials, and best practices, • Knowledge of trade safety protocols and occupational hazards You’ll enjoy: • Competitive compensation, • Comprehensive health & wellness benefits, • Onsite amenities, • Opportunities for growth, advancement, and skill-building, • A collaborative culture driven by innovation Schedules available: • Day shift: 6 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri + every other Saturday) If you—or someone you know—has the skills and drive to excel in this role, Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
