Who You Are: The Hospitality Associate will play an integral role in ensuring the family’s home(s) are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and comfort. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping duties, as well as assisting with special projects, event preparations, and packing for travel. The role requires an eye for detail, an understanding of the family’s specific preferences, and the ability to work discreetly in a private, high-net-worth environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury household service, a flexible attitude, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. What You'll Do: Housekeeping & Cleaning: • Perform daily cleaning and tidying of all living areas, including but not limited to, bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, living rooms, offices patio/terrace areas, and common areas, ensuring the home is always immaculate., • Adhere to regular schedules for deep clean and maintain all areas of the home, including windows, carpets, floors, and high-touch surfaces, using appropriate cleaning methods and supplies., • Care for luxury furnishings, antiques, and artwork with the highest level of attention and detail., • Laundry and ironing of clothing, bedding, and linens, ensuring items are cleaned and stored in accordance with the family’s preferences., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchens, ensuring all appliances, countertops, and dining areas are kept pristine., • Ensure all residences are available and in pristine condition for the Principals in a timely and efficient manner., • Assist with property inspections., • Report any maintenance or other repair issues to the appropriate team., • Liaise and monitor external vendors on property., • Maintain, service and control of all housekeeping equipment, linen and supplies. Special Projects Assistance: • Assist with special household projects such as organizing family archives, assisting with private events, or managing the home’s decor updates., • Help prepare the home for guests, ensuring that guest rooms are stocked with preferred items, fresh linens, and amenities., • Participate in setting up for special occasions or family gatherings, assisting with decoration, table settings, and preparation of spaces., • Assist with inventory management for household supplies, ensuring that cleaning products, toiletries, and other essentials are regularly replenished. Travel Preparation & Packing: • Assist with packing and organizing the family’s belongings for travel, ensuring that clothing, accessories, and personal items are neatly packed and arranged according to the family’s specific travel preferences., • Maintain an inventory of the family’s luggage and travel essentials, ensuring everything is packed in an organized manner and nothing is overlooked., • Ensure that travel documents, toiletries, and special items are prepared and packed for smooth travel transitions., • Assist in unpacking and organizing belongings upon the family’s return, ensuring items are properly stored and the home is prepared for their arrival. Household Organization & Inventory: • Maintain the organization of household spaces, ensuring that everything is in its proper place and easy to access., • Manage inventory of household supplies, including cleaning materials, toiletries, and seasonal items, ensuring stock levels are always adequate., • Assist with maintaining the family’s personal wardrobe, ensuring clothing is organized, ironed, and stored appropriately. Laundry & Wardrobe Management: • Handle the laundry and care of delicate fabrics, fine garments, and high-quality bed linens to preserve their condition., • Assist with the care of specialty items such as luxury garments, shoes, and accessories, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition., • Manage closet organization, ensuring clothing is neatly folded or hung and easily accessible for the family’s daily use. Discretion & Confidentiality: • Handle all tasks and interactions with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, respecting the privacy of the family at all times., • Be mindful of sensitive information or family matters, maintaining professional boundaries and trust. Additional Support: • Provide support for any last-minute requests or changes to the family’s needs, including preparing special meals, handling personal shopping, or organizing specific items for events or travel., • Assist with additional duties as needed, depending on the family’s lifestyle and schedule, including occasional errands or personal assistance tasks. What You'll Bring: • 3+ years of experience in a luxury household or similar high-net-worth environment, with a strong understanding of the expectations for service, confidentiality, and discretion., • Knowledge of various cleaning products, techniques and procedures., • Experience with specialized cleaning techniques or high-value items., • Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards., • Experience in high-end hospitality or private estate services, with a keen eye for detail, luxury standards, and guest experience management., • Familiarity with luxury homes, technology systems, and high-end furnishings., • Tech-savvy attitude with a thirst for learning new things; Proficiency in G-Suite, project management software, Slack, household management software or inventory systems is a plus., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an open and ego-less communication style., • A compassionate, positive, patient, solutions-oriented attitude and service oriented mindset., • Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision making skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems as they arise., • A service-driven attitude, with a passion for exceeding expectations., • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for refined presentation., • Exemplary organizational skills and multitasking abilities, with superior ability to identify and follow up on action items and tasks., • Excellent prioritization of assignments and effective time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency., • Ability to conduct research and provide actionable insights., • Ability to pivot quickly with frequently changing priorities, remaining fast and flexible at all times., • Proactive self starter with superior attention to detail., • An understanding of professional and client services with strong interpersonal skills and an approachable and professional demeanor., • A discreet and stellar level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling and responding to principals’ and leads needs and requests in a timely manner., • The ability to be a team player who's also able to work independently., • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus., • Comfortable moving objects in home and on flights (i.e., luggage)., • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required., • Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice., • Valid driver’s license and passport.
