Job Description Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Benefits: Employer paid health, dental, vision and life insurance; 4% 401k matching after 12 months of employment; Sick and Vacation Pay. Job Responsibilities: • Greet all guests., • Manually enter orders and information accurately and in a timely manner, up to 100 orders per day., • Print and sort all orders from emails., • Answer and route incoming calls, up to 50 calls per day with 50% being in Spanish., • Answer and route incoming emails, up to 100 emails per day with 50% being in Spanish., • Schedule freight pickups with carrier and create Bill of Lading (BOL) for freight orders., • Schedule delivery and will call appointments with customers., • Update tracking information in the system for all online orders., • Track and trace shipment and inform customers with most updated shipment status., • Create purchase orders for online 3rd party vendor orders., • Make telephone calls to customers to notify them of promotions or share other sales-related communications., • Provide sales quotes, process invoices and bill customers., • Provide potential new accounts with information packages and guide them through the process of setting up an account., • Process cash and credit card transactions, record payments and cash out at end of each workday., • Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintains friendly, helpful demeanor., • Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members., • Provide information such as pricing, availability, and alternative solutions to make a relevant offer and successfully convert inquiries into orders., • Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty., • Process customer claims, process returns/exchanges and process 3rd party trucking company claims., • Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems., • Performs necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment., • Complies with all company and department policies and procedures., • High School Diploma or GED; Associates Preferred, • 3+ years of experience in customer service in an office environment., • 2+ years of experience in data entry., • 2+ years of experience working a registrar with cash and credit transactions., • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft office (Word, Excel etc.), • Ability to type 35 WPM., • Ability to use 10-key by touch, • Ability to take initiative and problem solve., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner., • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software is a plus., • Excellent attention to detail., • Required to sit for long periods of time., • Occasionally required to walk., • Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel., • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms., • Required to talk or hear., • Occasionally required to bend, lift or climb., • Occasionally required to lift light weights (less than 25 pounds)., • Finger dexterity required., • Hand coordination required., • Exposure to office temperature environment., • Protective clothing or equipment is required including protective helmets company issued uniforms., • The noise level in the work environment usually is low.Company DescriptionWe are P.T.M., Inc., a company with talented, motivated and friendly team members looking for someone with a amazing go-to attitude and an eagerness to reach their potential to welcome to our team.
