What You'll Do • Process incoming registry transactions received by mail, email, and online submission, • Review, process, and manage applications for registration, ownership transfers, name changes, and stallion service reports, • Update and maintain horse records in the database with a high degree of accuracy, • Manage and organize physical and digital documents, including registration certificates., • Coordinate outgoing mailings related to registry processes, • Maintain organized filing systems for registry documents, • Provide professional customer service via phone and email, assisting members with registry-related questions and concerns, • Maintain confidentiality of all member and registration information, • Assist registry staff with additional duties as needed About You • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, • Experience with Zoom or other conference systems, • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer service interactions, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Knowledge and/or experience in the horse industry or experience working with other equine organizations preferred Additional Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods during certain tasks, • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding member and registry information, • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for meetings and events AwQcTqxpoC
