Job Description Bilingual Customer Service Representative Full-Time Seasonal | $15-17 per Hour | English and Spanish Required Campos Photography | Albuquerque, New Mexico About Campos Photography Campos Photography is a local, family-owned school photography company serving schools and families throughout New Mexico. The portraits we create become part of family histories, school yearbooks, graduation displays, and memories that may be kept for decades. We are looking for a dependable, patient, and highly organized customer service representative who can help families with professionalism and genuine care. About the Position The Bilingual Customer Service Representative assists parents, school employees, and customers by phone and email. You will answer questions about picture days, ordering, payments, portrait packages, deliveries, digital images, retakes, and other photography services. You will research customer concerns, document information accurately, and coordinate with our photography and production teams to find solutions. This is a full-time seasonal position from September 1st through December 18, 2026. Employees who successfully complete the fall season and remain in good standing will be invited to return for the spring photography season. Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required. Pay and Schedule • $16-18 per hour, • 40 hours per week, • Monday through Friday, • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., • No evening or weekend work, • Work is performed at our Albuquerque office Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls and emails in English and Spanish., • Help parents understand portrait packages, prices, ordering options, and deadlines., • Assist customers with online and paper orders., • Research missing, delayed, incorrect, or damaged orders., • Help resolve questions involving payments, digital images, personalization, and deliveries., • Explain retake and makeup-day options when appropriate., • Enter customer information and notes accurately., • Keep clear records of conversations, concerns, and promised follow-up., • Coordinate with photographers, production employees, and management., • Follow customer concerns through to completion instead of simply passing them along., • Handle student and customer information carefully., • Represent Campos Photography professionally in every interaction. Qualifications • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish., • Previous customer service experience., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Basic computer and data-entry skills., • Ability to learn ordering and customer-management software., • Strong attention to detail., • Professional phone and email etiquette., • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment., • Reliable transportation to our Albuquerque office. We will provide training on our products, software, ordering systems, and customer service procedures.
