The Technical Content Writer will create, revise and organize technical product information for online platforms. Their duties include researching product; writing descriptions, specifications and features; and submitting feedback on proper organization in data hierarchy. Education/Certification(s): • Write, manage and update product information, • Ensure product content is effective, current and relevant, • Review the organization of products based on the intended audience, • Use research, logic, reason and knowledge to identify product specifications, descriptions, features and proper organization, • Has a solid understanding of SEO and how to leverage it in product build outs, • Communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
