Job DescriptionPhysician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Atlanta GA Part time or Full time We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team at our busy offices in the North Metro Atlanta area. We are looking for an outstanding physician assistant or Nurse practitioner with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization. Ideally, the incoming PA/NP has a strong background in pain medicine, can diagnose and treat a variety of conditions and is highly knowledgeable in the latest treatments and technologies related to pain management, as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients. Must have experience with joint injections and evaluation of soft tissue injuries. The incoming provider will be covering our offices in the North metro area and will require travel to each office for clinical care and this position is offered either full time or part time. Duties: • Patient exam/evaluation to include Physical exam, Ortho, Neuro, Musculoskeletal exam, medical history, Review MRI/CT reports and relevant imaging/studies, • Direct patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions, • Perform interventional procedures such as trigger point injections and joint injections, • Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties, • Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress, • Patient education re; diagnosis, treatment plan options, post procedure care, and lifestyle modifications, • Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members, • Collaborate care with supervisory physicians, • Accurate and timely documentationQualifications:, • Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program, • PA/NP with Current License in GA, • 2-5+ years of experience in pain management and joint injections preferredSchedule:, • Full time or Part timeSalary:, • $125k-$130k per yearBenefits:, • PTO/Vacation and Holidays, • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, • Life and Disability insurance

Job Description We are a well-established physical medicine and rehabilitation practice with over 30 years of experience treating orthopedic and neurological musculoskeletal conditions. Our team includes 13 providers across four office locations. We are currently seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Georgia to join our Snellville office. Position Details: * Perform office-based procedures including trigger point, tendon, and joint injections * Manage both non-opioid and opioid treatment plans * Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM * No call, No Weekends * Competitive compensation package * Training provided Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Allscripts EMR (a plus, but not required) * Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, or physical medicine is a plus, but not required We Offer: • CME reiembursment, • Full Benefits [Dental, Life, Medical, and Vision] Oftentimes the integration of multiple healthcare professionals is necessary to facilitate recovery; in PM & R this includes occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, rehabilitation nursing, diet/nutrition, social services, and case management. The Physiatrist may function as the attending physician/medical director at a primary acute inpatient rehabilitation facility or as a consultant, working in conjunction with a primary care physician or facility medical director in the post-acute/sub-acute or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Common disabilities treated by Physiatrists in the inpatient setting include recovery from major joint surgery i.e. hip/knee replacement, traumatic brain injury, stroke and general de-conditioning. The Physiatrists typical outpatient practice includes treatment and rehabilitation for back & neck injury, joint pain, repetitive stress injuries such as Carpal Tunnel syndrome, work related injuries (workers’compensation), sports injuries, Cerebral Palsy, fibromyalgia and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. Physiatrists are leaders in the care, treatment and independence training of millions of people facing short-term, intermediate and long-term physical impairments and challenges. Physical medicine intervention not only speeds recovery, facilitates maximum functional capacity, and helps restore quality of life but also contributes to an overall decrease in long term health care related costs.Physiatrists specialize in the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of all types of physical disabilities. Physiatrists are experts in determining the appropriate treatment for patients recovering from any disease process which results in a functional impairment. Physiatrists treat patients with medications; prescribe treatment modalities such as heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and specific forms of specialized therapeutic exercise in conjunction with physical therapists. Physiatrists directly coordinate the multidisciplinary treatment of pulmonary, cardiovascular, oncology, endocrine, vascular, neurologic, orthopedic, traumatic and genetic related physical and functional impairments across all age groups.
