Job Description Summary/Objective As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and boost company revenue. Strategic Marketing and Campaign Execution • Develop and deploy impactful marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, leveraging traditional marketing, SEO, digital ads, email marketing, social media, events, seminars, PR, and brand media management., • Compose, edit, and post engaging online content on the company’s website and manage social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn., • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including point-of-sale materials, packaging, and literature for exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events., • Own and guide the marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns., • Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to ensure cohesion., • Oversee and produce content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing targets., • Monthly: Schedule social media posts, analyze marketing data, and prepare detailed marketing reports., • Weekly: Monitor ongoing campaigns, engage with social media audiences, plan upcoming content, and perform competitor analysis., • Design and produce flyers, social media posts, and marketing materials using tools like Adobe and Canva., • Coordinate company newsletters, gathering content and managing distribution., • Must be proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated., • Ability to make timely and effective decisions., • Ability to analyze processes and resolve problems., • Ability to maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations., • Ability to maintain confidentiality. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment The job operates in a professional office environment and will include off-site location visits and some outdoor exposure when visiting clients. Moderate noise level. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Required Education and Experience • Preferred fields of study include Marketing and Business Administration., • 2+ years of related professional experience in marketing roles. This should include hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaign management, and possibly team leadership., • Additional training or certifications in marketing disciplines such as digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and analytics can be highly beneficial., • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and insights into how they will drive business outcomes., • Analytical Proficiency: Skills in analyzing market data to inform marketing strategies and tactics., • Technical Skills: Familiarity with key marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising., • Must be proficient and have a good working understanding of the latest technologies, such as but not limited to Microsoft Office, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills., • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others, • Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team and in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to work under time constraints to meet goals., • Must be available for all emergency calls.
