    Seeking a bartender/server for a FULL-TIME schedule. You will be bartending some days and serving some days. We have a small staff and team work is key. We cross train so that all Front of house staff knows how to serve and bartend according to our standards. There may be days where you are both bartending/serving alone for a few hours before the next employee’s shift starts. Dinner shifts are 4pm - close, Weekend brunch shifts begin at 10am. You must have open availability to work 4-5days per week. Weekends are mandatory. We are a small establishment with a small staff. Once you are on the schedule, there is no calling out last minute or coming late....we need reliable people! If you want a steady, long-term job, with a set schedule and a solid income, this is a great position for you. We want someone who is looking for a "home" and who wants to be comfortable in their place of work for a long time. We are seeking a skilled bartender who really enjoys the craft of bartending who does not mind serving as well. We make sure our staff is cross-trained and we will schedule you for some days as bartender, and some days as server. Tips are pooled so teamwork is a must! QUALIFICATIONS: • You must have at least 2-3 years of bartending experience. -You must have at least 2-3 years of serving experience at full-service restaurants. • You must be courteous, upbeat, and professional when speaking to the customers. -You must be excellent at managing time for each customer: making sure orders are put in right away and that tables are turned quickly without rushing your customers' dining experience.
